Thanh Van Nguyen, 36, was recently involved in a one car DUI accident after loosing control of his vehicle. According to the Georgia State Patrol, Nguyen over corrected his Ford Explorer causing injuries to both himself and his 12 year old male passenger. Both occupants were subsequently treated for their injures and released from Colquitt Regional Medical Center after the vehicle reportedly overturned six times. Nguyen was later arrested and charged with DUI, child endangerment while being DUI and failure to maintain lane.
